While fly fishing may be your focus, we’re here to ensure that your time off of the water is just as appealing.

Lodging

Our seven tastefully appointed guest cabins are a few yards down our lighted, wooden walkways from the main lodge and River Room. You’ll enjoy convenience with a degree of privacy that is always welcome after a long day. All cabins have wireless internet and a fridge stocked with beverages and snacks. From accommodations to cuisine, we work hard to introduce a degree of luxury into the fishing lodge experience.

Riverside Cabins

All five charming cabins offer a choice of a king or two twin beds, a screened porch, an oversized tub and shower, a heated tile floor in the bathroom, and a river rock fireplace with a pre-built fire so you can fall asleep to a crackling fire — and to the Ruby River, which flows just outside your window.

The Tobacco Root Cabin

For guests who would like a little more room, our Tobacco Root Cabin features a master bedroom with your choice of king or two twin beds, two full baths, a living room with a river rock fireplace, a wet bar, a screened porch, and a private outdoor shower overlooking the Ruby River.

The Discovery Cabin

At 1,500 square feet, Discovery is our largest cabin. It’s a two-bedroom, two-bath cabin that comfortably accommodates four guests. It also features a living room with a large TV, a full wet bar, a river rock fireplace, and an outdoor fireplace on the banks of the Ruby.

DINING

As long-time anglers and travelers, we know that there's more to a fishing trip than just the fishing.

Each morning, you'll be awakened at whatever time you choose with a soft knock on your cabin door, and a delivery of coffee, tea, juice, or whatever you like. The breakfast menu offers classics like eggs benedict and steel-cut oatmeal as well as unique lodge specialties.

Lunch is served streamside by your guide, with house-made soups, hearty sandwiches, salads, beverages, and of course desserts. In the cooler there will be water, soft drinks, and local beers if you so desire.

Trade Stories in the River Room

After a long day on the water, your dining experience at Ruby Springs will begin with cocktails in our River Room, where you can enjoy a full bar and watch trout rise in the home pool just off the deck.

Dine with Friends Old and New

Our dinner menu will tempt you with a range of inspired choices, from fresh fish and vegetarian dishes, to steaks and chops — many of which feature local and organic ingredients. In the evenings, guests typically dine together, sharing stories and getting to know each other over wines specially paired with the menu offerings. And if you have any food allergies or preferences, we’re always happy to accommodate.
